BMSCE, Bengaluru is a well-known autonomous private engineering college in Karnataka, affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and approved by AICTE. It offers a 4-year B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) along with several other specializations.
Eligibility Criteria — CSE (B.E.)
To be eligible for the B.E. Computer Science & Engineering program:
- Passed 10+2 / 2nd PUC or equivalent with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
- Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science / Electronics / Bio-Technology must be one of the optional subjects.
- Minimum aggregate marks (Physics + Mathematics along with any one optional subject):
- 45% for General category
- 40% for SC/ST & OBC categories
- Valid score in one of these entrance exams:
• KCET (Karnataka CET)
• COMED-K UGET
• JEE Main (accepted for COMED-K counseling) - Seats are allocated through KEA/COMED-K counseling processes.
